I know I said I'd give an update in mid April, but this post hasn't been updated since March so I don't feel too bad.
04/07/08 - Called, (Elsa) explained the problem, "fedex person" to call back.
04/08/08 - Called, explained the problem, told the order was in the pipeline.
05/08/08 - Called, explained the problem, told the order was still in process, supervisor to call
05/09/08 - Left voice mail - never returned.
05/27/08 - Called, explained the problem, told to email email@example.com
as "they" are taking over all outstanding issues.
05/27/08 - Sent email with copy of this chronology and ref#, rcpt# contact info, etc.
6+ months and counting...
