As a occasional user of Apple's support user group I have found that marking questions as solved is really helpful in finding the answers if they are already available.
When a person puts in a question they are able to go back and mark replies as "helpful" or "this solved my problem" (or something like that). That way you can go right to the solution if it is solved, or read thru the answers that didn't work.

I think I will try to do something on the thread I started about at&t connectin problems. We'll see how it works.
This feature could be very helpful if it were added to this wiki.
P.S. I tried adding the happy face to my old post. it does appear on the post but not on the list where it would be most useful.
