The "It's not working sub-forum" title and description is very bad. First, the description goes something like "problems with your XO". What kind of problems? Hardware? Software? both? but doesn't software overlap the "Activities" sub-forum? "XO Hardware, Linux OX and Sugar user interface" or something on these lines.
The title. Jeesh, you really want to deal with the most smallest and most immediate stumps a user may automatically have, not giving him a chance to work it out himself? Ok, but you take the repeated support calls
Tips, tricks and Tutorials. The description is not very good, as shown by the support questions inside. It should also begin with clarity: "Post here your tips, tricks and tutorials of ..." or something.
Activities. Somewhere in there should mention Sugar activities, perhaps.
What is the G1G1 sub-forum for? Again it is not clear: is it to talk about specifics of the G1G1 process? Is it a lobby for G1G1 users? If so, the description should tell something like "G1G1 users say hello or something" (I don't know, I'm not good at this), otherwise you get what happens: support questions in there and in the general "doesn't work" sub-forum.
