[Localization] Testing your translations

Postby Sayamindu Dasgupta » Fri Jan 25, 2008 4:05 pm

Hi all,
I have added some more sections in the page
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Localization/Testing. I have added a section
on how to test using sugar-jhbuild as well as a real XO-1 laptop. I'll
be adding some information on the various tests you can do on the
translation using Pootle in the page very soon.
Cheers,
Sayamindu

Excellent.
Now I just have to figure out, how to get the Telugu (Te) fonts displayed correctly in sugar-jhbuild.
Image attached if anybody wants to help out.
cheers,
Satya.

If you are using Ubuntu, could you try going to
System->Administration->Language Support and check if Telugu is
enabled or not ? If it is not enabled, could you enable it and then
try running sugar-jhbuild run ?
Thanks,
Sayamindu
