You can't send your XO to OLPC unsolicited. They do not do any repairs. If you are having a problem, please start a help ticket by mailing firstname.lastname@example.org
. If they can't resolve the problem via email and you are under warranty, they will issue you an RMA and give you the shipping information.
If your laptop is not under warranty, then you will have to wait until service centers and/or parts distribution centers appear. The wiki at http://wiki.laptop.org
