Is broken?

I submitted a help request for the sticky keyboard problem for an out-of-warranty XO (problem started nine days past warranty). I received a request for more information, and I was told that they would be making a "determination" about my XO. I have since received and replied to other requests for additional information, but now it has been a month since I have heard from anyone.

About three weeks ago, I replied to the most recent e-mail asking the status, but I have received nothing. A couple of weeks ago, I sent a separate request asking the status of my problem. I promptly received the autoreply, but I have received nothing else.

Does anyone know what is going on here? Thanks for any info.

Maybe you have been ending your information too many times. They can't reply to you right away all the time. There ARE other users. Try sending out emails one every week or asking your question on this forum. :D
