Some new OLPChelp modifications

I've made a number of changes to the site today to make the forum titles match the types of questions and problems people will tend to have.

Most technical forums tend to focus on categories with technical names that can be intimidating or confusing.

I've tried to avoid this with the latest changes.

Please let me know what you think.

I narrowed the width of the forums to 800 pixels so they can fit easily on the XO screens.

It looks like you've swapped the post order to chronological order, Peter! Thanks!
It was a little confusing at first until I realized that it was reverse-chronological. I guess it's still a debate which way is more efficient to keep up to date on topics, but up-down is still easier reading when following a thread for more than a few posts.
